Peace
You will keep in perfect and constant peace the one whose mind is steadfast [that is, committed and focused on You, in both inclination and character], because he trusts and takes refuge in You [with hope and confident expectation].
Isaiah 26:3
Peace is not the absence of problems, it’s the presence of God in the middle of them. When your mind is filled with worry and noise, it’s easy to miss the opportunities right in front of you. But when you quiet your heart and fix your focus on Him, you step into a different kind of strength. Scripture reminds us that at the very center of who we are, in Christ, there is a peace that cannot be shaken. That peace frees you from being pulled down by every distraction, every anxious thought, every voice of doubt. It lifts your eyes from the chaos to the possibilities of God’s goodness. When you live from peace, your choices get clearer, your heart gets lighter, and your purpose shines brighter. Peace equips you to love well, to lead with courage, and to live with authenticity. It’s not something you chase, it’s already yours in Jesus.
Prayer
Father in Heaven, too often our minds race and our hearts grow restless. Forgive us for letting fear and distraction steal our peace. Today, we choose to anchor ourselves in You. Teach us to breathe deep, to slow down, to trust. Fill us with Your calm when life feels loud. Let Your peace guard our minds and guide our steps, so we live steady, clear, and strong. May our lives reflect not panic, but Your presence. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.
Peace isn’t found in the world, it’s found in the One who holds the world.
