Let Go of Negativity

Negativity will always show up, but it never has to stay. You cannot stop every hard word, frustrating moment, or difficult person from crossing your path, but you can choose what you hold onto. God has given you the power to release what drains you and cling to what strengthens you. You do not need something new to feel whole, you need to let go of what weighs you down. When you refuse to carry negativity, you make room for peace, purpose, and God’s presence to rise in you. The noise around you cannot control the life within you unless you let it. Focus your thoughts, your energy, and your attention on what is good, pure, and life-giving. Your purpose is far too beautiful to be buried under frustration. Notice negativity, but do not claim it. See it, then surrender it. Let it go the moment it arrives and keep walking your God-given path with strength and clarity.
