Done in Love
Let everything you do be done in love.
1 Corinthians 16:14
When anger rises or anxiety knocks, the most powerful response you can choose is love. Not the soft, shallow kind of love the world talks about, but the genuine, steady, Christ shaped love that transforms your inner world first and then everything around you. Send love to those who lift you up and send love to those who oppose you. Release the need to win the argument, have the final word, or defend your worth. When you choose love, you gain a strength that frustration can’t touch. Love clears worry from your mind, steadies your spirit, and brings clarity to your steps. When you don’t know what to do next, choose what is honest, caring, and true. Move forward with love for God, love for yourself, and love for others, and you will find yourself walking straight into peace, purpose, and blessing. Love is always the higher road and it always leads somewhere good.
Prayer
Father in Heaven, thank You for loving us with a steady, unearned, unshakable love; help us respond to others the way You respond to us, replacing frustration with compassion, anger with grace, and anxiety with a heart anchored in Your peace, and teach us to send love in every direction. To those who cheer us on, to those who challenge us, and even to those who misunderstand us, so that our thoughts, words, and actions reflect Your goodness and lead us into the life You’ve prepared. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.
Love disarms what anger destroys.
