Walk in Love

And walk continually in love that is value one another practice empathy and compassion unselfishly seeking the best for others just as Christ also loved you and gave Himself up for us.

Ephesians 5:2

Love is not only something you feel. It is something you choose in real situations. You walk in love when you are patient with someone who is difficult, when you listen fully instead of rushing, when you speak with kindness even under pressure. Christ’s love for you becomes the pattern for how you treat others. In practical terms this means: You give people your attention. You assume the best instead of the worst. You forgive quickly. You serve without needing recognition. These are not small acts. They are daily expressions of Christ’s character through your life. Love changes the atmosphere of every place you enter.

Prayer

Heavenly Father, help me to walk in love today in my words, my responses, and my attitudes. Teach me to treat people with the same patience and grace that You show to me. Let my life reflect the love of Christ in practical and visible ways. In Jesus name AMEN!

Love is the most practical way to show that Christ lives in you.
