Light for Others
You are the light of the world. A city set on a hill cannot be hidden. Let your light shine before men in such a way that they may see your good deeds and moral excellence and recognize and honor and glorify your Father who is in heaven.
Matthew 5:14–16
Your daily life influences more people than you realize. You do not have to do something dramatic to be a light. It happens in consistent faithfulness, in integrity, in kindness, in the way you handle pressure. In practical terms:
You bring calm into tense situations. You speak with encouragement.
You act with honesty. You treat people with respect.
These simple actions point people toward Christ.
Your life becomes visible evidence of God’s work.
Today is another opportunity to shine in the place where God has positioned you.
Prayer
Heavenly Father, help me to reflect Your light in my words, my actions, and my attitude today. Let the way I live point others toward You. Give me awareness of the people around me and the opportunities to show Your love in practical ways. In Jesus name AMEN!
