Directed Steps

A man’s mind plans his way [as he journeys through life], but the Lord directs his steps and establishes them.

Proverbs 16:9

You are called to plan and to trust at the same time. Wise living requires thoughtful preparation. You consider your responsibilities, set priorities, and move forward with intention. Yet you hold your plans with an open hand because God is the one who ultimately establishes your path. This balance creates peace. You do your part without carrying the weight of trying to control everything. In daily practice this means: You plan your day but remain flexible to divine interruptions. You prepare for conversations but depend on God for the right words. You work diligently while trusting Him with timing and outcomes. Your responsibility is direction. God’s responsibility is orchestration. This allows you to move forward with both diligence and calm.

Prayer

Heavenly Father, guide my steps as I make plans for this day. Help me to work with intention and to trust You with what I cannot control. Establish my path and let my efforts align with Your purpose. In Jesus name AMEN!

Make your plans with care and walk with trust.
