Endurance in the Process

Not only that, but we rejoice in our sufferings, knowing that suffering produces endurance, and endurance produces character, and character produces hope.

Romans 5:3–4

Endurance is built in repetition. Doing the right thing again today when you did it yesterday forms strength that cannot be gained any other way. Character grows through consistency. You do not need a dramatic moment to become stronger. You need daily persistence. You practice endurance when: You continue even when results are slow. You keep your commitments. You show up prepared. You maintain a good attitude in routine work. Each time you do this you are becoming someone who can carry greater responsibility.

Prayer

Heavenly Father, give me endurance in the process of growth. Help me to remain faithful in daily responsibilities and to see every step as part of what You are forming in me. Strengthen my character through consistency. In Jesus name AMEN!

Endurance turns repetition into strength.
