The strength of the church is not found in a few people doing more. It is found in every person understanding their part and walking in it with faithfulness. Vision becomes reality when it is carried in daily actions. It grows when encouragement replaces criticism, when responsibility is embraced instead of avoided, and when each person gives their supply.
