Built Over Time
For you have need of patient endurance [to bear up under difficult circumstances without compromising], so that when you have carried out the will of God, you may receive and enjoy to the full what is promised.
Hebrews 10:36
Time reveals what is truly built. Quick effort can create short results, but steady effort produces lasting strength. Faithfulness over time forms character, stability, and depth that cannot be rushed. There is a quiet forming that happens when you continue showing up, even when progress feels unseen. In those moments, something deeper than results is being developed. Your patience is being stretched. Your focus is being refined. Your resilience is being strengthened. Growth is not only found in reaching a goal. It is formed in the process of staying faithful through each stage. Every step, every effort, every decision to continue matters more than it may seem in the moment. What is built slowly is often built securely, and what is built securely has the strength to last.
Prayer
Father in Heaven, teach us to remain faithful over time. Strengthen our endurance and help us trust Your timing. Build in us a steady commitment that produces lasting fruit and reflects Your work in our lives. In Jesus’ Name, AMEN!
What lasts is built slowly.
